okay

everything is okay
there is no reason to panic
life is a sailing ship
and it's not the Titanic
nobody's honor has been offended
all my words stand self-defended
all the conclusions are open-ended
nothing more to say
I'm okay

my life is okay
there's no need to be resentful 
no worries here
life is blessedly uneventful
one lesson I keep learning:
the world keeps on turning
while the walls are slowly burning
