tempting fate

all my life I've been tempting fate
into giving me a lucky break
and Lord knows I've been waiting
a long long time
I've fallen and I've climbed back up
time and time again
I've had enough!
all this sudden movement
and it's all an upward climb
makes me want to lose my mind
makes me want to fall behind
like the clocks in November
in most parts of the USA
