safe place

I found myself a safe place
with my heart beating
and oxygen moving in and out
and thoughts with nothing to do
pass on through
there's no need to doubt
and I'll come back
I know I will 
rejoin the human race
but I'm thinking maybe
I'm more human
in the safe place
