what I've learned from meditation


focus on the moment
breathe in
breathe out
move away from the torment
that's what this is all about
you're so near
right here
right now
and you want to give in
but you don't know how
but still you try again

ease your body
mind open 
mind shut
you want to be
in the moment, but
your brain keeps working
overtime
passing the point
of peace of mind
and still you try again

everything's impossible
life is but a dream
but most things are improbable
strange as it may seem
anything can happen
anything can change
we are only molecules
programmed to misbehave
and still you try again
and still you try again
and still you try again
