there are too many hours in the day
so I stay in bed till the afternoon
because there's nothing to get up for
and the sun rises way too soon
I am my best at 3 a.m.
when I should be asleep
no one should criticize me
for the hours that I keep
'cause that's just who I am
it's how I'll always be
there are too many hours in the day
